Witness that £80 from (1) is released to (2) and his heirs and assigns a messuage in the High Street, Doncaster [occupiers on either side named], then in the tenure of Richard Britain, once belonging to Francis Morley of Doncaster, barber, who on 9 February 1708 bequeathed it to Mary Bell, his granddaughter, who devised it upon her sisters [see DZMD906/1].
