Library User Guides

A collection of leaflets and brochures intended to assist staff and students with general and subject-specific use of the library books and journals, electronic resources and audio-visual materials. The collection covers the libraries of Leicester Colleges of Art and Technology, Leicester Polytechnic and De Montfort University. The guides illuminate changes in the library environment, particularly from the 1990s onwards as electronic resources and the internet begin to play a larger role in research provision.
