Scope and Content

Contains material relating to Bertie Terrill's professional career and his private life and social activities. Includes his diaries (1899-1904), a notebook with notes on his family and autobiographical jottings (c1870-1905), a notebook with details of his visits to mines in Northern Spain and his social activities (c1896-1897). There are also abstracts relating to the Morfa Works from the diaries and notebooks in this collection made by R O Roberts (1953), and a letter from Miss R Terrill, a niece of Bertie Terrill, to R O Roberts explaining what is in the collection (1953).

Bertie Terrill was Technical Manager at the Morfa Copper Works, Landore, Swansea.
