- Letter from OGS Crawford accepting an article submitted for publication in Antiquity. 1p. 28/05/1953.

- Letter from OGS Crawford discussing air-photos and loaning his prints of Malta to HSG. 2pp. 30/05/1953.

- Letter from John D Evans confirming receipt of a book of field notes and a cylinder of maps from HSG, to help with the survey that Evans is carrying out. thanks HSG for his work to help when he must have been so busy over the Coronation period. 3pp. 18/07/1953.

- Letter from Gerald Grady, thanking HSG for sending a reprint of his article on cart tracks. 3pp. 20/08/1954.

- Letter from John Evans thanking HSG for sending a copy of the article and discussing the contents and difficulties in dating the tracks. Also discusses Evans' work on Maltese pottery. 4pp. 15/01/1954.

- Letter from J G Baldacchino, thanking HSG for the offprints of his "Ancient Cart Tracks of Malta" and his donation to the museum of Malta of his field notes, maps and photographs. 1p. 14/07/1954.
