Griffiths Family of Wild Mill, near Bridgend, Papers

Isaac Griffiths, born c1815 in Llandeilo, was the miller at Wild Mill, Coity, Bridgend by 1841. He married his first wife, Mary Ann Rees, the daughter of William Rees of Penyfai, in 1842. They had at least two children, William Rice Griffiths and David Jones Griffiths. Mary Ann died in 1846 and in 1851 Isaac married his second wife, Lydia Williams. Isaac died in 1874, leaving his estate to his wife. Lydia died in 1891.
