John Bosco Roman Catholic Middle School opened in 1972 on a site next to the Salesian College on Junction Road, Cowley previously used by St Edmund Campion Roman Catholic School. The school closed in 1990 when it was merged with St Gregory's Roman Catholic Middle School, located on Marston Ferry Road, to form the Cardinal Newman Roman Catholic Middle School (please see S76/13 for records of this school).
