Mortgage for £300 of a m. or public house, farm and lands called The Wheat Sheaf Inn in the village of Abergorlech, p. Llanybydder, co. Carm., except as in no. 4. Endorsed: assignment of the said mortgage by 2 to Elizabeth, wife of John Rhydderch of the Wheat Sheaf Inn, 30 March 1893, and memorandum of sale of a small portion of the said premises to the Llanybydder School Board and that only £268 were due to the mortgagee, 4 March 1901.
