Scope and Content

PROBATE WILL: Will dated 8 June 1841 of Jane Price of Jobs Well in St. Peters parish, Carmarthen, widow. Testatrix bequeaths inter alia as follows:

To my second son Walter Owen Price and to my eldest and youngest daughters Anne and Elizabeth Price, my real estate and personally except as hereinafter mentioned on trust to lay out at interest and pay to my daughter Catherine Alicia Price an annuity of £15. To my daughter Anne Price a moiety of the interest of the aforesaid trust for life and after to divide a moiety of the principal money and other property between her children. The other moiety to my said daughter Elizabeth for life and after to be divided between her children. If either daughters dies childless then all the interest of the trust monies to be paid to the survivor of them subject to the aforesaid annuity. To my said daughters Anne and Elizabeth all my household effects. I appoint Walter Owen Price, Anne Price and Elizabeth Price to be executors.
