Scope and Content

Photocopy of letter from Harris Whittemore, Jr., to Joseph Whistler Revillon. Naugatuck, Connecticut. October 8, 1945. He is in receipt of Revillon's letter to his aunt Miss Gertrude B. Whittemore who died in 1941. Answers his queries on 'The White Girl', 'L'Andalusienne', 'Marine with Two Sailboats' referred to as the 'Sea' by Revillon, 'Thames-Nocturne'. They also have some water colours and a very large collection of etchings
