Letters from John Cator (1728-1806) to HLP and Gabriel Piozzi. Number 18 is the draft of a reply by HLP; number 23 is from Joseph Cator. John Cator, MP for Ipswich, was one of the executors of Henry Thrale's will. In 1786 HLP discovered that John Cator had failed to make a settlement to HLP which had been due to her in Thrale's will.
