Release by Margaret Bamforth of High House in the parish of Sheffield (Yorkshire), widow, and Anne Bamford of Bamford (Lancashire) spinster (cousins and heirs of John Davenport, late of Stockport, esq., deceased), to William Tatton of Wythenshawe, esq., and Smith Kelsall of Bradshaw (Lancashire), gentleman, of the manor of Withington and certain rents, by way of counter-security on the purchase of several chief rents made by Messrs Tatton and Kelsall from the said Margaret and Anne.
