Copy letter from Sir George Sinclair to Mr Hill,

asking his minority party to abstain from any activities in connection with the Seven Strathbogie Ministers, for the next two or three weeks, while negotiations are made to heal the breach within the Church. With: copy reply from Mr Hill to Sir George Sinclair declaring that, while his party were very willing to consider any terms of arrangement suggested, they would not recommend an alteration in their plans, till more concrete terms were discussed, 24 Aug 1841.
