Open, with the exception of minutes of and papers for meetings of Boards of Directors / Executive Committees (all companies) which are subject to a 20 year closure period. All records may be subject to closure in line with the Data Protection Act.

Reproduction subject to usual conditions: educational use and condition of documents. Applications for permission to publish should be submitted sent to the University Archivist; any work intended for publication may require advance approval by Finlays, Archives & Special Collections staff will advise.
