Fereneze Filling Factory Ltd , cartridge assemblers, Glasgow, Scotland, was incorporated 12 May 1941 , with their registered office at St Vincent Street, Glasgow, shared with J & P Coats Ltd , thread manufacturers, Paisley, Renfrewshire, Scotland. The factory of Fereneze was based at Nethercraigs, near Paisley, Renfrewshire, Scotland, which had housed a bleachworks (closed in 1932) and was the laundry for J & P Coats Ltd. The company appears to have been set up as part of the war effort on the part of J & P Coats Ltd to assemble cartridges. At the beginning of January 1947 , it went into voluntary liquidation.
