Wholly owned Swiss subsidiary of Finlip Products Ltd. The commercial register of Canton Zug records that the company was incorporated in Switzerland in 1963 . Finlip Products sold its shares to Tata Enterprises (Overseas) AG in 1984  and at that point the company changed its name to Intertea AG. It was liquidated in 2004 .
