Joseph Warner & Sons Ltd , thread manufacturers, Redditch, Worcestershire. England, was incorporated in 1909 , with registered offices at Hewell Works, Redditch, Worcestershire. J & P Coats Ltd , thread manufacturers, Paisley, Renfrewshire, Scotland, was the major shareholder. In 1914, the company was the proprietor of The CLAM Manufacturing Company and in the same year the business of the company and also that of the CLAM Manufacturing Company was incorporated with that of William Bartlett and Sons Ltd for the purposes of finance and accounts. The company continued to trade until at least 1963.
