La Plata Reel Cotton Co Ltd, selling agents, Glasgow, Scotland, was incorporated in July 1900 . It appears to have been a selling agent or distributor for other companies abroad, mainly in South America. The main shareholder of the company was The Central Agency Ltd, selling agents, Glasgow. In 1951 , the company's business and operations in Argentina were liquidated. The company was in existence until the 1980s.
