Administrative / Biographical History
William Fulton & Sons Ltd were registered as a joint stock company in 1896 . The company operated as textile finishers, with premises at Glenfield, Paisley, Renfrewshire, Scotland. In 1927 the firm acquired all the assets of James McLardie & Sons Ltd, textile finishers, Paisley, which thereafter operated as a branch of William Fulton & Sons Ltd. The company traded throughout the 20th century and had a connection with J & P Coats Ltd , textile manufacturers of Paisley. In 1985 , William Fulton & Sons Ltd became F Miller (Textiles) Ltd. In 1989, the company again changed its names to CV Childrenswear Ltd, with registered offices in Glasgow, Scotland. In 2002, CV Childrenswear Ltd was a dormant company.
