Administrative / Biographical History

Robin G Milne graduated with an MA in Economics from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland, and a MPhil in Economics from the University of London, England. He came to the University of Glasgow, Scotland in 1972 as a lecturer in the department of Political Economy. Milne's research interests include health economics, health service research and consultant outreach, public private partnership, quasi-markets and market testing, and development and demographic transition.
