- The Gallery is open Tuesday-Sunday, 10am-5pm; free entry. Archive appointments are available Wednesday-Friday, 10am-5pm. Pre-booking is essential. Please allow at least two weeks’ notice.
- Access Information
- The William Morris Gallery is committed to supporting research into the life, work and influence of William Morris and his associates by facilitating access to our internationally-significant collection of artefacts and promoting use of our Reading Room. Use of the Reading Room is open to everyone but because of limited space appointments must be booked in advance. Please give at least two weeks’ notice. Visitors may take photographs without flash for research purposes (to license images for reproduction please get in touch). Staff can photocopy non-fragile items subject to usual restrictions.
- Facilities for Disabled Persons
- The Reading Room is wheelchair accessible and there is lift access to the second floor on which the Reading Room is located.
