Ann Hill of Wisbech, widow and devisee of Joseph Hill of the same, sells to William Scrimshire of the same and Thomas Fawssett of the same certain land in the above towns for the term of one year at a peppercorn rent that they may be possessed of them and take a release. Witnesses: Susanna Pix, G. Maule. One seal is attached.
