Deed poll, witnessed by Roger le Clerk 'de Haule' of Great Eversden, Henry le Clerk of the same, James of Eversden, Henry le Godegrom of the same, Richard Fenor of Little Eversden, William le Clerk of the same, Walter Roche o the same, Nicholas Jacob of Harlton, Ralph Carbonel of the same, clerk, and many others. Seal wanting. Contemporary endorsement: 'Carta Matilde'. Further endorsed in pencil with suggestions as to date, in modern hand.
