Administrative / Biographical History
A. H. S. Waters and Partners, Consulting Civil Engineers of Birmingham in 1971 reported on their findings following an extensive examination of the sewers of the town of Bangor, Gwynedd. Amongst one of their discoveries was that The 15-inch diameter sewer to the north of the properties fronting Caernarvon Road between the Ferranti Works and St. David's Hospital has 80% of its joints displaced, the pipeline has subsided to give a reverse fall great enough to preclude further investigations at this point.
