Scope and Content

Thomas Ascham of Framlingham, Suffolk, agrees that he and John Ascham and Roger Ascham his sons shall convey to Gregorye Milner of Sawston, Cambridgeshire, and Robert Symons the younger of Whittlesford their interest n the rectory of Whittlesford except a lease to Robert Symons of four years yet to come; and he assigns to him all Letters Patent and other writings. Gregorye Milner and Robert Symons agree to pay to Thomas Ascham a certain capital sum, or interest in respite towards the maintenance of Thomas Ascham's two sons. Witnesses: William Wendy, George Rilands, Symon Thurman, Wylliam Fordaum.
