Administrative / Biographical History
Founded in 1964, the Forward Trust Staff Association was the officially recognised negotiating body for the staff of the Forward Trust Limited, a national finance house within the Midland Bank Group. In 1974 it transferred its engagements to the Association of Scientific, Technical and Managerial Staffs and became a section of that union.
