The homage presents that Thomas Rook, tailor, of Cambridge, a customary tenant, did on 26 March 1779 surrender by the hands of Peacock Richard and Thomas Appleyard a messuage in Gutter Lane, Swaffham Bk. ...To the use of Matthew Clark, wheelwright, of same town...And Matthew Clark came into Court...and was admitted tenant. Examined by Thomas Bridge, steward.
