Administrative / Biographical History

William Vaughan Jones [fl. 1910-1976], of Waunfawr, Caernarfonshire, was a dramatist and local historian. He wrote dramas in Welsh for local drama companies, radio and for eisteddfod competition. He wrote on the local history of Caernarfonshire and in particular Waunfawr and contributed talks to the radio programme Rhwng Gwyl a Gwaith. He was married to Mary Vaughan Jones.
