This company's register of members has Old Hall Garage and Engineering Company Limited on its spine but is compiled in respect of the Sandon Motor and Engineering Company Limited (principal shareholder Liverpool Warehousing Company Limited). The company was later acquired by the national road haulage and warehousing company, the Transport Development Group.
