Scope and Content

John Carvar of London, sherman, quitclaims to Robert Lawton of Hyllyngdon [Hillingdon], Middlesex, smith, Richard Snede, gent, William Pennart, and Robert Cowche, all his right in a messuage in Hillingdon which the grantees held by gift of the grantor and of Christopher Middelton of London, gent. Deed poll, signed by 'W Clyfford'. Tagged pendant red round seal with monogram: 'R'. Endorsement of identification. Further endorsed: 'No 8' (cancelled), and 'No 1'.
