Administrative / Biographical History
Weekly magazine of the United Secretariat of the Fourth International, published from New York under the editorship of Joseph Hansen. It was originally called World Outlook. Intercontinental Press combined with Inprecor (International Press Correspondence) from vol.16, no.2, 16 Jan 1978, onwards. Last issue was vol.24, no.16, 11 Aug 1986. It was combined with and succeeded by Militant.
