The letters also cover the Keynes memoir of D.H. Lawrence and Bloomsbury and King's 'metallists'; death of Balfour, 1950; business matters concerning Africa; living in Nyasaland (Malawi), 1950s; developments in Kenya; and the 'Lady Chatterley' trial.
