Certifying that by her will dated 8 Apr 1811 (see Doc 1729) the recently-deceased Elizabeth Blench, widow, has bequeathed her tenancies in Old Halves and Keys Close, manor of Chatteris Ramsey, to Robert Tingay, and that Tingay has been subsequently admitted tenant to the two premises at the former rents: 3s for Old Halves and 12s for Keys Close (no fine specified). Copy of court roll, examined by Thomas Sewell; William Dunn Gardner and the heirs of Thomas Carill Worsley being lords of the manor, duty stamps.
