Pembrokeshire Health Authority has been responsible for healthcare in the county of Pembrokeshire since 1982. The Pembrokeshire NHS Trust provided health and ambulance services to the county. It was merged with the Derwen NHS Trust in 1997 to become the Pembrokeshire & Derwen NHS Trust.

Arranged into two groups: Pembrokeshire Health Authority records; and Pembrokeshire NHS Trust records.
