Administrative / Biographical History
Paul Marginson held the following positions at the Industrial Relations Research Unit of Warwick Business School: research associate, 1981-1984; research fellow/senior research fellow, 1985-1989; lecturer/senior lecturer, 1990-1995; associate fellow whilst professor of human resource management and employment relations at the University of Leeds, 1996-1998; principle research fellow, 1998-2001; professor of industrial relations, 2001-2014; director, 2002-2012. He retired in 2014.
