Whereas John Borell of Radewell in the parish of Writele is bound to pay John Sigore of the same a certain sum by a certain date; John Sigore grants that if John Borell pays the sum the present indenture should be void; but if he defaults then it shall be lawful for John Sigore to enter certain premises of which John Borell and others are seised and occupy them; if John Borell or the others prevent John Sigore taking such measures, the obligation against John is to be executed. One seal is attached.
