Letters Patent. Mannell Sorrell of Ipswich, John Cole of Shotley, Suffolk, and Nathaniell Cole of Shotley sell to Richard Rose of Tattingstone certain premises in Bentley to his use for ever. They appoint Thomas Fynn of Ipswich their attorney to deliver seisin. Witnesses: Edward Mann junior, William Cole, Henry Cosin. On the back is a memorandum of delivery of seisin 25 April 1651. Witnesses: John Miller, Edward Bradstreete, Henery Dersh, Robert Page. Three seals are attached.
