Administrative / Biographical History
Francis Henry Pulman, of Walkden, Greater Manchester, was a keen amateur cyclist and club timekeeper throughout his life and member of many cycling clubs and organisations, including being Honorary Secretary of the Campania Cycling Club (a club for British Service personnel posted in the Caserta District of Italy) and President of the Fellowship of Cycling Old-Timers. He was an avid collector of cycling books and records.
