Scope and Content

At a Court of the Rev. William Cooke, D.D., Dean of Ely...before Andrew Pemberton, esq., steward...The homage finds that Susanna Wright, widow, has died and there comes into Court, William Wright and produces the will of his late father Thomas, of 10 Feb. 1769, in which he says: 'I give unto my son William the reversion of all those 6 acres, late John Feasts, expectant upon the death of Susanna Wright, my mother, who is admitted tenant to 5 acres, formerly Pinnock's and to 1 acre formerly Langley's and late of John Feast...'.
