The Master and Fellows of Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge, let to John Anderson of Cambridge certain land in the above parishes for a term of twenty years at a rent of a certain sum and certain quantities of wheat and malt; the lessee is to leave good mill-stones at the expiration of the lease; he is to keep and plant willow trees; the lessee is to make a terrier of the land at certain dates; he is to dung the land, and entertain the members of the College and their representatives when they come to view the land; he may not alienate without written licence. Witnesses: Thomas Sharp, Gilbert Woollard. One seal is attached.
