Administrative / Biographical History

Peter Morgan was born in 1922. He was a member of the National Executive Council of the National and Local Government Officers' Association, 1963-1985 and president of the National and Local Government Officers' Association, 1981-1982. He chaired the Race Equality Working Party, 1983-1984. He died on January 3, 2009.
