Sarah March of Henton Hall, Haddenham, Cambs., daughter and heir of David Rowland of Henton Hall, sells to George Brigham of Denny Abby, Waterbeach, and Thomas Hall of Waterbeach certain land in Waterbeach Common in the above parishes, one half to the use of each. Witnessed by William Turner and Thomas Webb. On the back is a declaration of receipt of the purchase money signed by Sarah March and witnessed by the same. Also an endorsement of entry in the registry of the Conservators of the Great Level of the Fens, 4 Nov. 1718, signed by Joseph Hope, Registrar.
