Release by George Whyffen of Chelsfield, son of Thomas Whyffyn (or Whyffen) of Cudham, Kent, to his brother Humfrey Whyffen and his heirs for the sum of £40, the messuage known as Heighames Hill and various crofts and parcels of land belonging to it (Westfeild, Broadfeilds, Petfeild, Duddells, Stonyfeild, West Deane, Barnefeild, Watercrofts, Brockhole). Signed by George Whiffen. Witnesses: William Reynolds, John Cradock, and Henry Hubbard. One seal attached.
