Stuart acquired these leases from William Jardine Purchas and John Hovell. 3 pages, signed and sealed by both parties, witnessed by John Finch of Cambridge, attorney, duty stamps. Endorsed with receipt for consideration money, same witness. Further endorsed: 'No 7'.
