Administrative / Biographical History

Robert Staveley Boumphrey (b1916) was Assistant Auditor, Nigeria, from 1939, Auditor, Falkland Islands, from 1947, Senior Auditor, Federation of Malaya, from 1951 and Singapore from 1955. He became Principal Auditor, then Deputy Director, Audit, Singapore, 1958-1959.
