The Arms Control Cuttings Collection

Scope and Content

35 folders of press cuttings, chiefly from The Guardian. Although there is a file of cuttings dating from 1943 to 1952, and a few from 1964 onward, the bulk of the collection is from 1983 to 1996. Subjects covered include nuclear weapons, the arms trade, peace-keeping and the role of the United Nations.
