Scope and Content

John Fithyon of Little Eversden and Henry Wake of Great Eversden confirm their grant to Thomas Adam of Great Eversden, John Prysot of Haselyngfeld, Henry Gibb of Little Eversden, William Taunt of the same, Thomas Skampayn of Orwell, and William Hereward of Great Eversden, of all their legal rights ('statum') in the lands and tenements held by the gift and feoffment of Richard Adam of Orwell, John Prisot, and John Payn of Wympoll in the vills and fields of Great and Little Eversden, along with [the rights of] others who have released their interests to John and Henry. Deed poll, witnessed by John Courthose, Henry Bocher, John Bocher, John Wake, Richard Clerk', and others. Two tags cut from discarded deeds, seals wanting. Endorsed in pencil: '43'.
