William Crudde, merchant, and Simon Spycer, husbandman, of St Ives, acquit Richard Brayton, clerk, Philip and Richard Boner from all real or personal actions they have commenced against the same trio. Deed poll, no witness. Seal wanting. Endorsed in contemporary hand: '?-redde ?fil', and in pencil: '37'.
