Administrative / Biographical History
The London Joint City and Midland Bank Staff Association was formed in 1919, renamed the Midland Bank Staff Association when the name of the bank was shortened in 1924, and merged with the Association of Scientific, Technical and Managerial Staffs (ASTMS) on 25 February 1976.
