Thomas Cock of Wisbech sells to the Reverend Thomas Adderley of Tydd St Giles certain land in Tydd St Giles for a term of five hundred years at a peppercorn rent; provided that if Thomas Cock pay a certain sum by a certain date the agreement should be void. Witnesses: Thomas Towers, Robert Sparrow. On the back is a receipt for the consideration money signed by Thomas Cock. Witnesses: the same. One seal is attached.
