7. Copy of form allowing a standholder to appoint a proxy attender at standholder meetings;
8. Printed circular letter informing that the trustees hat entered into a provisional agreement for sale at a price of £40,000;
9. Printed circular letter relating to the payment of dividends after the sale of White Cloth Hall, dated 12th May 1896;
10. Printed circular letter saying that the purchase money for White Cloth Hall had been paid, dated October 1st 1896.
